Since working with Marcia I’ve lost 100 pounds!! I wanted to lose weight but what I didn’t expect was to really enjoy working out. I have never done exercise on a regular basis before. I look forward to working out with her as I know I am doing something wonderful for me. Marcia is a great personal trainer and a motivating person. She works with beginners to experts and modifies the workout to match every level.

 I began gaining weight in my mid forties. At 47 years old, I was beginning to think that I would have to settle with a larger and softer me. I started and stopped various diet and exercise programs without much success. I joined Marcia’s boot camp in October and am thrilled with the results! At the beginning of February, Fitness Revolution held a Transformation Weight Loss Contest. This is just the kick start I needed to get myself back in shape and lose some weight. I started going to the classes and decided to change my diet as well. Marcia knew I had some knee and back issues so she modified the exercises for me and before I knew it, I was hanging feeling great and losing weight. Well it turns out that I ended up losing 17 lbs and most importantly 5% body fat in just 6 weeks!! To my surprise I WON the contest- (which was $500 for the client who lost the most % of body fat)!! Here is also a fun story….My very “cool” pants that I bought and couldn’t get into, nada – they have been hanging on the inside door of my closet so I can see them every day, well, just the other morning was my “try them on” day and they zipped right up.  Since restarting my fitness journey with Marcia in January I have loss a little over 20lbs. The fitness circuits she develops challenges me yet always leave me feeling great after each session. The circuit training is great because they gear toward everyone no matter if you are a beginner or an active exerciser,she always adjusts a circuit based on an individuals strengths.
