With built in levels of progressions, this program is perfect for Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced fitness levels. All participants receive a fitness assessment that will give us the tools to help you achieve YOUR GOALS!

With Exceptional Coaching, this program provides the support, the accountability and the tools needed for your success!!

All registered campers will be able to sign up for their classes online. Please note that there is a maximum of 20 per class. Classes may be discontinued if attendance is low.
